Percy Bahia
Percy Bahia serves as an Advisory Board member to CMMSSI and joined the company in an advisory capacity during a period of expansion. He is instrumental in the company's strategic growth plans and reorganization to accommodate the growing needs of our customers as we integrate new technologies.
Percy is the President of USPASS, a network of Skilled Nursing Facilities located throughout Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He specializes in Managed Care contracting, credentialing, and Sub-Acute Program Development. Prior to joining USPASS, Percy served as the Director of Case Management and Utilization Review Department at the Hospital Center in Orange in New Jersey. He has over 25 years of nursing experience that included Critical Care, Home Care, IV Therapy, Case Management, Utilization Review and Nursing Homes having held Director-level management positions (Director of Patient Care Services at Patient Care Inc., Home Care; Head Nurse of the Intravenous Therapy Department, Director of Case Management and Utilization Review Department with the Hospital Center of Orange).
Percy graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and has served as Treasurer for the Rutgers College of Nursing Alumni Association Board and currently sits as a board member of the Aquinas Academy School in Livingston, NJ.
Percy is a recipient of the Delaware Health Care Facilities Association (DHCFA) Community Advocate All Star Award.
Lois V. Greene
Experienced, patient-focused, and visionary healthcare professional, with extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of direct nursing care and health administration services for various units. Armed with critical thinking, good clinical judgment, and problem-solving abilities in obtaining data to determine necessary treatment and patient care. Dr. Greene is known as a patient advocate in educating healthcare professionals, patients, and their families on preventative wellness, disease treatment process, and best practice. Commended as an effective and results-driven clinical nurse with strong supervisory capability in integrating and regulating systems to enhance total quality of care as well as to maximize human and financial resources. Equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining relationships with a multidisciplinary network of individuals.
Dr. Greene received her Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Medical University of South Carolina and her BS in Nursing from Rutgers University, College of Nursing.
Dr. Jackeline Shuler
Experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated history of working in higher education leadership focusing on admissions, retention, accreditation and curriculum development, evaluation as well as all facets of faculty and organizational development. Skilled in Medical and Surgical Intensive Care (ICU).
Earned Doctor in Nursing Practice (DNP) with an emphasis in Patient Safety from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Juris Doctor (JD) from Rutgers- The State University of New Jersey- Newark. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Monmouth University.
