Healthcare Consultant - Advocacy & Education
Faulk is a veteran critical care nurse and licensed practicing attorney. She has over two decades of diverse clinical, operational, regulatory and legal experience primarily concentrated in healthcare, technology and related industries. Decanda brings her expertise in advocacy, care coordination and health management to CCMSSI. In addition, she brings extensive knowledge of the insurance and pharmaceutical industries, including claims administration and reimbursement. Decanda previously served CCMSSI in several capacities, including as outside counsel and a strategic partner early on and more recently as Interim CEO. She has also held other key positions (President of Health Care Strategy, Sr. Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs). Today, she serves in an advisory role. She was instrumental in helping the company grow and expand throughout several United States over a two year period and integrating the technology endeavors into our services.
Decanda received her JD from Rutgers School of Law and BS in Nursing from Rutgers University, College of Nursing.
Chief Marketing Officer & Vice President of Strategy
Seema Sood has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Seema worked at J.P. Morgan Chase where she held key roles in client management and business development, primarily within the health care group. Seema was responsible for managing relationships with large health care insurers where she developed and implemented strategy plans, and expanded business through client solutions. Prior to working at J.P. Morgan, Seema worked with several healthcare companies in product development and relationship management.
Seema received her MBA in Marketing from Boston University and BS in Biology from Boston College.
