”My name is Marsha and I am so thankful to CCMSSI for all the hard work they have done on behalf of my sick, elderly parents. They were not only able to give me the tools I needed to advocate for my parents' health care needs, but they provided me with tremendous moral and emotional support. After a six week leave from work, I spent most of my working day coordinating doctors' visits and tracking down Cat Scan, laboratory, and a host of other test results. I was then managing medications that not only could I not pronounce, I could not understand how the side effects could possibly be ignored. Then the home care team that came that was there to support made me feel like I needed to go to medical or nursing school as I could not imagine performing some of the tasks asked of me during the first nurse visit. I called a friend who immediately had a CCMSSI representative contact me, within 48 hours, CCMSSI's team coordinated my parents' care and provide thoughtful insights that I did not know were possible. A service that is priceless. In less than one week, I was able to return to a level of normalcy in my life that I had not had in over 9 months. CCMSSI is still advocating, managing and coordinating my parents health care. I have now gotten a job promotion and raise as a direct result of my increased productivity at work.”
”Two words for what CCMSSI means to me: Life Saver. Thank you for the care management you continue to provide my family. The regular updates are comforting and easily digested - written in such a way that I can understand.” Diana Jones
”I met Kristen, a CCMSSI representative while she was visiting a patient in the hospital. She introduced herself as having been contacted by the patient's son who was out of the country on business. Kristen immediately started having staff come in and out of the room as she fired question after question and took notes as the staff responded to her questions. After taking a lot of notes, she left after giving my roommate her card and saying call if you have any problems. I asked my roommate who she was and he said "I do not know," but I have never seen so many hospital staff before. The next time Kristen came in I asked her what she did. She explained, gave me her card, directed me to the website and a year later, I needed her services. CCMSSI is still managing my disabled son's medical care and advocating for his health care needs.”
