”I met Kristen, a CCMSSI representative while she was visiting a patient in the hospital. She introduced herself as having been contacted by the patient's son who was out of the country on business. Kristen immediately started having staff come in and out of the room as she fired question after question and took notes as the staff responded to her questions.
